You must be 18 years or older to purchase products or book consultations. By using this site, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract under Australian law.

All orders placed through our website constitute an offer to purchase. Solenne Skincare reserves the right to accept or reject any order for reasons including limited stock, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or description. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation and order number.

We ship via Australia Post domestically and internationally. Delivery times vary by destination. Refer to our Shipping Policy for details on rates, delivery timeframes, and customs responsibilities.

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for faulty or damaged goods. Due to hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind once products are opened or used. Please see our Refunds & Returns Policy for full details.

Online consultations are conducted by Shannon Smith (AHPRA-registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner). By booking, you consent to the collection of health information and acknowledge that telehealth limitations may apply. Consultations do not replace emergency medical care. For serious or urgent conditions, contact your GP or emergency services immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law: • Solenne Skincare excludes all liability for loss, injury, or damage arising from use of its website, consultations, or products • Solenne Skincare's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the ACL.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solenne Skincare, its partners, and employees from any claims or damages resulting from your misuse of this site, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.
