Shipping Policy

1. Overview

Solenne Skincare ships all orders from Queensland, Australia using Australia Post. We offer domestic and international delivery on all eligible cosmetic products. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Processing Times

Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays). Hand-blended Items: As Solenne Skincare's products are produced in small batches, additional preparation time may occasionally be required. You will receive an email confirmation once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post. During new launches, promotional periods, or public holidays, dispatch times may be extended.

3. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Australia Post services available: • Standard Parcel Post — 3–8 business days, tracking included • Express Post — 1–3 business days to major metro areas, tracking included Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location. Solenne Skincare is not liable for delays caused by postal disruptions, weather events, or incorrect address details supplied at checkout.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations via Australia Post International Parcel Service. Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on region. Please note: • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees • Solenne Skincare is not liable for parcels held, delayed, or refused by customs • We comply with international postal regulations for cosmetic products but cannot guarantee acceptance in every jurisdiction

5. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, parcel weight, and service type. Occasional free shipping promotions may apply; terms will be clearly stated at the time of offer.

6. Tracking and Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel through the Australia Post tracking portal. If your parcel shows as 'Delivered' but you have not received it, please first check with your local post office, neighbours, or building management before contacting us. Solenne Skincare is not responsible for: • Parcels delivered to incorrect addresses entered at checkout • Parcels marked 'Delivered' by the carrier • Theft after confirmed delivery

7. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If a parcel is significantly delayed (beyond 15 business days domestic / 30 business days international), contact solenneherbalskincare@gmail.com with your order number. We will lodge an investigation with Australia Post and keep you informed. Where a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, Solenne Skincare may issue a replacement or refund at its discretion.

8. Pre-Orders and Back-Orders

From time to time, Solenne Skincare may offer limited pre-order items. Estimated dispatch dates will be clearly stated. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be shipped together once all items are available unless you request otherwise (additional shipping fees may apply).

9. International Restrictions

Certain herbal ingredients may be restricted in some countries. It is the customer's responsibility to check local import laws before purchasing. Solenne Skincare will not be held liable for seized or rejected parcels due to import regulations.

10. Damaged Items in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging and contents. We will review the case in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

11. Changes to Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at solenneherbalskincare@gmail.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
